5.2 Material Variations

• Natural materials (wood, stone) may vary in grain, color, and texture
• These variations are inherent to the material and not considered defects
• Engraving depth and color may vary slightly between materials
• Product photos are representative; actual items may differ slightly

5.3 Intellectual Property

• You warrant that you own or have permission to use any designs, logos, or text provided
• We are not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing potentially infringing content
• We may use photos of completed orders for marketing purposes unless you object

6. Production & Delivery Times

6.1 Standard Production

• Typical Turnaround: 5-7 business days from order confirmation
• Production times may be longer during busy periods (holidays, promotions)
• Custom requests may require additional time depending on complexity
• We will notify you if there are any delays

6.2 Shipping

• UK Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 service
• Shipping Costs: Small Parcel £3.85, Medium Parcel £6.95
• Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after dispatch (UK mainland)
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier
• Remote/highland areas may have extended delivery times

6.3 Holiday Deadlines

• Approved Designs: Once you approve a design proof, the order cannot be cancelled
